i was holding ISDN for a year, no movements at all, i sold all at the buying price to buy ipco. last 2 months it has gone up by 250% and still rising. what to do?

If not mistaken, then the TP would be the person's prediction base on TA, FA.. or whatever techniques the person uses.. usually with a certain time frame in mind..short term ..mid or long......
For eg, if I were to say that Ipco TP will be $1, I will most likely get flamed, busted...etc
but if I were to say ipco tp $1 in 10 years time... it may not be of use, but it is more reasonable.. yes , no?
