lol u guys very funny leh. Those announcements were on SGX on the date dated in the announcement issue statement. you are all discussing old news lol. Go look up company announcement on SGX.
depends also on what the pending announcement is about. the placement of shares announcement is made Before the request for trading halt and were deals done in jan 2013.
