call the company....i m sure they will send you another copy.....no it is not auto.....you end up still holding the unlisted share....it mention in their ann. with SGX

pls help: my friend throw away the form to accept the delisting offer. any other way to get the form again?? what happen if didn't accept the offer??? will it automatically consider as being accepted?? thanks and have a nice day. |

1) he may start pushing price up As long as he doesn't buy above 0.138, he still benefit right? 2) he may invoke the listing ruling and must do general offer He need to make a general offer when he have 90% of the shares right? But now he only have 30%.

once he start buying....1) he may start pushing price up.2) he may invoke the listing ruling and must do general offer 3) he may need much more effort to take control and may not be sucessful.........above are some of the reason i can think of...hehehe

Why the offerer didn't buy from open market, where they can get at 0.13 easily?

The offeror only have 30.41%. I think it will be hard for the delisting proposal to go through. There are too many shares in public hands. Should be easy to have 10% shareholders rejecting the offer. | ||||

it really depends on how bad the offeror wants the company......all exit offeror give the standard......as will not increase babababa......babababab.........if they want it bad enough they give lor.....if not ......small share lose more or gain more??.....hehehe....both why the small hold.......looses less and gain less....if price stay at 13.8cts........big share holders magnify both way lor...............as to the share price will sure drop lor.....still the same ....who lose..more...hehehe |

THE EXIT OFFER The consideration for the Exit Offer payable by DJR will be: For each Offer Share: S$0.138 in cash (the "Exit Offer Price").The Offeror does not intend to revise the Exit Offer Price under any circumstances. This means that the offerer will not increase the offer if the delisting proposal is rejected? Will the share price go down if the delisting proposal is rejected?

this one i think the minority shareholder must push for high delisting price leh...like post before NAV 21cts...only get 13.8c ts.....wah lau eh.....those Majority are they the one who take this one private? good value for the buyer.......i think if can gather more than 10% can shoot down the offeror rite ...any sifu? |

wah ....sim siang choon.....nav 8cts...get 11 cts offer.......eagle holding 8cts also get 8cts after divestment still got free share.......how come this one nav 21 cts only get 13.8cts....hehehe....got chance to get higher or not any sifu......????? | ||||
