Given the size, Singapore and it population, How much futher can ComfortDelgro make profit in percentage term ?, even if it increases it rent, increases it car taxi population, increases it car owner reapir bill and so on...with it quota cut, less car population and with it limitation on it population, will it be worth two dollar, till BBs want to book their profit, perhap it can push and bump, then it will drop again - back to sq one.

Ya...Agree too.

Traders are like doing business as usual, don take more risk then what they required.

Investors like taking risk too often whether is chasing up and or chasing after fallen knife.

Whether one calls oneself an investor or a trader is immaterial.

To me, every participant, without exception is playing with risk.

Thus is that sense, they are really no different.

the only distinguishing trait is their time frame orientation.

I have found that investors are more daring than traders.

They take on much much bigger risks than short-term traders.

I won't say traders are 'kiasu' (afraid of losing) people,

but I have deep respect for traders, regardless of their trade size,

since many of them could have been investors

before they turned to trading... Smiley

Given that GDP forecast for year 2011 is at 5.1% (strong by global std, but no match for this year's 15%).

This is the median expectation of 22 economists in a survey released yesterday by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Forecast is also in line with gvot own 4% to 6% outlook for next year.

1) Upgrade rating ComfortDelgro (CDR) to Outperform from underperform, raising target to S$2.00 from S$1.19.

teeth53 thot - why so sudden jump from $1.19c to $2.00, a sudden jump of 68% in comfort value.

2) Strong economic growth and tourist arrivals in Singapore that account for 60% of revenues – and

teeth53 thot - can more taxi ride will earn more, more earning for Comfort isit ?.

3) Positive developments such as the Downtown Line tender, the new taxi fleet in Singapore and an acquisition in Australia.

teeth53 thot - Item 3 may not bring much earning for short term play or in year 2011. ComfortDelgro is seen always as a defensive stock and very likely to perform better then what is value today. Closed unchanged - $1.54c

Vested IPO BBs bot $1-$1.02c, anything more is profit taking, note - 3rd day vol is much less then 1st day.

Expecting it won't get worst, nor get better, but after ammo run out, for stablizing after T+5 and or within 30 days, less ammo liao, or none to fire, just run out of ammo for stablizingly, there after...will BBs still pump and dump ?.

Thing may fall into places and soon to be forgotten.

Will punters still remember this is a expensive stock even if it is trading at half it offer price?.
