Since day 1, I did siad, it worth a dollar, today performance even better then expected, hitting a high of $1.14c

Vested IPO BBs bot $1-$1.02c, anything more is profit taking, note - 3rd day vol is much less then 1st day.

Expecting it won't get worst, nor get better, but after ammo run out, for stablizing after T+5 and or within 30 days, less ammo liao, or none to fire, just run out of ammo for stablizingly, there after...will BBs still pump and dump ?.

Thing may fall into places and soon to be forgotten.

Will punters still remember this is a expensive stock even if it is trading at half it offer price?.

Sort of agree with, items 4 and 5, "Profit margin should be the main study for this contract."

Thou....this may d oni concern for investor over longer term, after much changed in management,

Some will hoping, err...wishes - back to the good old day. Let hope for d best.

1. Rights money to clear loans that had effectively increased costs and offsetting profits in the past. After the rights if funds are properly administered, it should allow shareholders to see profits when they are made to be more solid than the past. Previous profits were always eaten up by servicing loans and thence scared shareholders to dump the shares from average above 80 cents to below 8 cents which is about a drop of more than 90% from the high.

2. Rights nicely priced to allow some holders to make some good money. These people are mostly banks and institutions who are nominees of their own organizations or private investors or hedge funds. Thus a good job to gain favour from these investors who will keep the counter afloat.

3.. If the counter can continue to bring in projects, there will be potential to recover lost grounds and lost money.

4. The recent contract is quite a sum approx SGD 100 million. Profit margin should be the main study for this contract.

5. Is management good and trustworthy in what they said and doing is of fundamental importance. Hope they are of good status, meaning do the right thing and keep to their words. Then very good chance for linvestment.

These are my opinions and observations. Don't trust me. Do your own research and calculations.

Just my personnal believe.

Traders are mere doing their business as usual, to meet quota, they don take more risk then what they required.

For eg - when traders bot into certain share, expecting to sell off, then px when down, they will buy at lower end after px fall and when it px is up 1-2 ct, traders sell and level off, till they 1st bot that certain share is par down.

This Amtek ipo is mean for BBs left hands, pass it to right hands, If oneself wish to join in for punting is okk, but surely oneself can punt at lower trading price from day one. Still BBs make money, simply B'cos this allow the owner to buy at even cheaper prices from open market (after collecting at $1.30c from bankers and definately not from me), after all those big ipo-ing BBs got plenty of money to spare and collect cheaper, in thousand of lots, we can't....we get suck in and get burnt.

Oneself can ask ?., weather i say it truth or not . .

This idea to sell vested interest, can greatly capitalise on outside players to achieve their goal of lining more into their pocket.

Ya...Like very pro-businessman, borrowing top money to pay off debt again this time.

Not raising more money thro...right, or thro...bond sales, even thro... issuing new share.

This is calling rolling it mountain of debt of S$4.2 billion from one financial insitution to another to generate news, indicating they are trying to pay off debt ASAP. debt is debt and is always there (more or less oni.)

For bosses and BBs. Can't allow themself using public money again to pocket into their wallet.

By selling this idea to vested interest, they can greatly capitalise on outside players to achieve their goal of lining more into their pocket.

just sharing my alternative opinion.

3. I has gone from 4c, now 5.5c & await 8ct..? Rolling Eyes

as i wanted to push and dump by Dec 14 (2days more for me to dump), so i can make 100% profit 1st.

Read some where it worth in Sing dollar - S$95million. How profitable who know, can someone enlighten...

Usually to start raising fund, it has to do with those BBs 1st, rolling in good news.

Company can win tender, can make money or not we don know, meanwhile Biotreat will would like to take this opportunities to prop up such news to get player get excited and start chasing up...humm till Dec 14.

Just Bio-treat with care if you want to vest money in, they're propping the share price artificially until 14th.

I see it as push and dump, read that trading start on Dec 24, 2010.
