Once BBs sold some share away to less then 5%, no need to show pple's how they trade liao.

They had too, co's they need to book some profit for some who bot at less then $1.10c.

A matter of dollars cost averaging and trading for vloume, those bot above, hope can sell and take profit.

A matter of time IPO players will attempt to roll back to $1.30c again.

Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT), a property trust linked to Temasek, is set to raise as much as S$940 million from its IPO, setting a price range of S$0.88-S$0.93 a unit.

The price range implies an annualised yield of 7.6-8.0%, according to the term - Reuters.

The trust, which owns factories and other industrial properties in the city-state, is selling 594.9 million units with an option to increase the offer by another 91.75 million units, according to a draft prospectus.

Cornerstone investors including insurers AIA and Prudential , UK fund manager Henderson and US hedge fund D.E. Shaw will subscribe for another 322.6 million units.

Captial gain look limited. At today closing px of $1.09c. Yield look less attractive.

This one need alot of patience. Just to make a bit of kopi money

Dec 10, 2010 @20:11 hr. Yesterday. Info did went up to 015c, many seen to take profit @014c to 14.5c.  

Informatics CPF 0.140 last Done - 0.135c -0.005c -3.6% 1,582,000 Vol-8,791,000 0.135 0.140 1,034,000

Trade Summary - Some small comfort for punters, found a little support at 0.135c.

For illustration oni (For example)

Say certain Securities has holding of 100mil MIT share, BBs from such and such Securities houses, won't they pull up their sock and make it mouth watering for retailers buyer to buy, it look so tempted.

Most often. It's alway those poor retailers and even businessman is caught holding to it due to lack of fund.

Thk for sharing.

Hope U got fund, it's good to keep it warm and don follow up this type of investment. Unless U are one of them.

This are mutual fund where institution bot up to do their dollar averaging cost from where on low point they pickup at lower traded price, once when their target is reach, it sell to book in their profit.

This will also depend on Securities houses and analylist to make calling and upgrade to new targeted price.

U Q at $1.10c for sales, however when d last for buying up, order is base on $1.11c. so those from $1.11c and below will be all bot at $1.11c.

Regardless of...how low oneself is Q-ing at, in your case, ur Q is at $1.10c is sold at $1.11c, U got one cent more per lot.

No formula is fool proof, is a matter of how BBs wanted to gap up or not, on opening and or closing.

It not for SGX to apply formula, It is MIT BBs boys attempting to pull up it sock.

However, on Friday the mood brightened after an unexpected rise in factory activity in the U.S. mid-Atlantic region, a dip in jobless claims for the 2nd week plus a rise in housing starts.

On Friday, Jakarta gained 0.3%, Philippines closed 0.4% firmer and M'sia (KLSE) rose 0.2%. Vietnam jumped 1.1% and S'pore (FTSTI) 0.2%. Bucking the trend, Thai (SETI) fell 0.7% led by energy shares. "Things have slowed down and unless we have some very exciting event, we'll see the same trend throughout December," said Vikas Kawatra, head of institutional broking at top Thai broker Kim Eng Securities. "But investors are still bullish in the region and the main challenge for the next year will be sustaining high earnings as we won't see the same GDP growth as this year.

Markets are also expensive, though not expensive enough to scare off investors." Indonesia is trading at 14.4 times this year's projected earnings, the highest in the region and compared to all-Asia's 13.3. Thai is trading at 12.4, lower than the 13.8 M'sia and S'pore and 13.0 for the Philippines, Thomson Reuters (data shows.)

Analysts say high valuations may now be deterring foreign investors. On Friday Indonesia saw a net foreign outflow of $45.6 mil and Philippines $10.4 mil. However, Bangkok saw an inflow of $5.4 mil.

In S'pore, shares in Contel Corp , a Chinese digital media products maker, jumped 33.3%, a day after the firm said it would be taken over by AuzMinerals Resource Group in a $1.2 bil reverse takeover. It had surged as much as 50% in early trade.

sold mine at 1.11 (intends to sell at 1.10). Lose 3 cents though but at last got rid of it.

Yesterday it miss by one cent compare to it opening px of $1.12c, today also missed by one cent as it opening px is set at $1.14c

NTA B4 disposal is US$ 0.89c, after disposal is US$ 10.8 cents.

It intended that the net proceeds of approximately RMB 494m ( S$74m) after taken into account those expenses incurred for this disposal, reinvested into Group's operations for it property development and/or property investment businesses.
