Target is set by them at 0.40c. Read from forum some is seling at current px o.25c (taking profit)

A more short/immediate term bet for punting is on China Gaoxian. quite safe at less then 0.50c (just my thot)

RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec 29 (Reuters) - Brazilian state oil company Petrobras said Wednesday its Lula well, in the Tupi area in the deep water offshore region known as the subsalt. The company needs to resolve technical problems such as transporting natural gas to the mainland from Tupi, which is more than 250 kilometers (155 miles) off the coast of Rio de Janeiro. It will take several years for Petrobras to add the entire 8.3 billion barrels to its proven reserves

Exploration at deepwater oil fields in Brazil will “intensify” next year as Petrobras and other oil companies add more offshore support vessels ("OSV"), platform supply vessels ("PSV"), anchor handling tug supply vessels ("AHTS") and advanced offshore subsea construction vessels.

RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec 29 (Reuters) - Brazilian state oil company Petrobras (PETR4.SA)(PBR.N)

Massive Tupi field, now called Lula, holds 6.5 bln boe * Cernambi field, also in the subsalt, has 1.8 bln boe * Figure tops Petrobras' previous estimates for ...said on Wednesday its reserves will rise by 8.3 billion boe after two massive oil fields in the deep-water offshore region known as the subsalt
were declared commercially viable.

Tupi, which was renamed the Lula field, holds 6.5 billion barrels of oil equivalent, while Iracema, now called Cernambi field, has 1.8 billion boe in recoverable reserves.

They are now being incorporated into Petrobras' proven reserves, which were reported at 14.865 billion boe at the end of 2009.

I believe in U. Morning, however by end of the day, I also believe in profit taking.

I mean as a players regardless big or small - don hold this baby. Newest TP is at about 0.50C

Refinancing at 4.2 billions mean...still paying hefty interest rate peg at market rate or cheaper then market ?, and at the same time paying dividend.

This allow Ah Lim (owner) and his kakis another (not so new) way to make ton of money into his pocket, making gain out of capital refinancing, at odd is the same borrowing and paying interest for borrow $4.2bil, and with more cheaper legal gambling houses all approval and blessing from each individual successful govt to compete with...

some will always peer compare to 16x, err....maybe 12x or even 10x upon listing in korea.

Singapore economy grew 14.7% in 2010- PM SINGAPORE - Singapore's economy grew 12.5% in the fourth quarter of 2010 from a year earlier and for the whole year gross domestic product (GDP) growth was 14.7%.

There will be a better 1st half with the impending coming local election, as much of the worst financial environment has been contain in EU, while China will continue monitor it bubbling assets and may spring more of it Chinese currencies (Yuan) trillion kept in reserve. US will still print QE2 hot money to spend and in turn offset it ever none stopping increasing debt by US$75 billion monthly.

I started stock market 2010 on low expectations. Many economists and analysts gazing at crystal ball were predicting volatilities ahead. And reports of European sovereign debt crisis have already started to surface ...

But as it turned out, measures taken by govts and central banks, QE to pump billions of dollars into financial markets (when renewed worries over a possible economic slowdown emerged) has enabled world markets to survive 2010 intact.

I hitched the bumpy ride to make a decent gain of over 20% for the year. Although stock trading/investing is not my main source of income, it is still most satisfying to - quote Ipunter "tame the beast".

It is also time to thank many here who unselfishly shared their trading ideas ... Alex, victorf, teeth 53, lowchia and many others.

And many more their jokes, advice .....

Most Asian stock markets ended the year with solid annual gains on Friday and further advances are expected in 2011, but worries about the U.S. economy and Europe's festering debt crisis will keep investors on edge well into the new year.

While data shows the U.S. economic recovery is finally gaining traction, unemployment remains stubbornly high and there are no signs that the Federal Reserve will begin to reverse its super-loose monetary policy anytime soon.

Many Asian central banks have steadily raised interest rates this year to combat mounting price pressures, even as
the Fed and European Central Bank keep borrowing costs at rock bottom in an attempt to spur demand.
