Some fact about CGX, then...there was  one who got UOB Kayhian to re-initiate the coverage some 3 mths ago, fact, have anyone gotten their attentions from analysts of Kim Eng, NRA and Asianone (news apart). There was before listing calling  load up, load up.....for a 0.50c dual listing, and there after....

re-freshing: some kind soul reply:

As an experienced investor,  oneself should know that it is always chicken and egg, when the counter was thinly traded at cruelly low PE,  will houses wants to cover and  plenty of investors want to buy? or  was it  from tipping point per say for the precious UOB Kayhian coverage.

If  correct, NRA has bought in the stock after Kayhian covered it starting from S$0.22 cents or so.

The no-fly zone could involve  on  Libyan runways, radars, and anti-aircraft artillery installations carrying  the potential for significant collateral damage against civilians and civilian infrastructure.

Libyan uprising is entering its fourth week. The courage and persistence of the Libyan people's efforts to overthrow Gaddafi have been met with ongoing regime brutality ranging from shoot-to-kill policies to the indiscriminate use of artillery against unarmed civilians. UN  Security Council unanimously issued a resolution imposing tough measures against the Libyan regime including an arms embargo, asset freeze, travel ban and a referral of the situation in Libya to the International Criminal Court for investigation.

The desire to act in solidarity with the Libyan people demands that we assess the available options against the core principle of legitimacy that any intervention must satisfy: Do no harm...

(that is, do not do more harm on balance by the likelihood that  coercive intervention would satisfy this principle is severely constrained when evaluated against the historical record, logistical realities, and the incentives and interests of the states in a position to serve as the would-be external interveners).

French lead. Launches Missiles in Libya in 'First Phase' of Action.

Latest news--(Reuters) - Allied air strikes may have galvanized Muammar Gaddafi's campaign against Western " terrorists" and " colonialists," but deep within his Tripoli stronghold muted murmurs of dissent persist, as  bursts of anti-aircraft gunfire lit up the sky above Tripoli for a second night Sunday as troops appeared to try to shoot down Western warplanes.

Beyond Gaddafi's watchful eye  over ordinary Libyans quietly welcomed foreign intervention.

" People want change very soon. I hope everything will change soon. People are tired," said one man in Tripoli who, like most others, asked for anonymity for fear of reprisals.

Addressing a foreign journalist, he added: " You have to write the truth, that everyone here is against the regime." Another Western visitor said he was saluted solemnly by a shopkeeper Sunday as he paid for groceries. " Thank you," the elderly Libyan man told him.

Libya Army  announces ceasefire--His comments came shortly after the Libyan military announced  its second ceasefire since the UN resolution authorising the no-fly zone was passed.

But the White House has said it will not recognise a ceasefire declaration. " Our view at this point...is that it isn't true, or has been immediately violated," White House National Security Adviser Tom Donilon told reporters on Sunday.

Despite the strikes, the Libyan leader has vowed to fight on  and in  a televised address, a defiant Gaddafi promised a " long war" that his forces would win.

" We will fight for every square in our land," Gaddafi said. " We will die as martyrs."

Meanwhile...However, US Navy Vice Admiral William E Gortney added that any of Gaddafi's ground  troops advancing on pro-democracy forces are open targets for US and allied attacks.

" If they are moving on opposition forces ... yes, we will take them under attack," he told reporters.

Latest news on Libya airforce plane  strike on....

    http://sg.news.yahoo.com/air-strikes-south-west-benghazi-afp-20110318-225312-908.html

Air strikes southwest of Libya's Benghazi : AFP. 26 minutes ago

Planes carried out two air strikes southwest of Libya's rebel stronghold of Benghazi early Saturday and columns of smoke were seen rising from the targeted zone, AFP journalists reported.

Aircraft could be heard over the centre of the city, where explosions were heard throughout the night, as well as continuous gunfire and anti-aircraft fire.

The first air stike came at 7:20 GMT (0520 GMT) and the second followed around 20 minutes later, producing a thick column of black smoke that continued to sit in the sky nearly half an hour later.

At 8:17 am local time, a series of several small explosions, possibly from Katyusha rockets, produced at least seven smaller columns of black smoke south of the city.

The air strikes came after the Libyan government said it was observing a ceasefire that it announced shortly after the United Nations voted to authorise use of force against Moamer Kadhafi's troops.

" Fighter jets bombed the road to the airport and there's been an air strike on the Abu Hadi district on the outskirts," Mohammed Dwo, a hospital worker and a rebel supporter, told Reuters.

He was speaking at the scene of an apparent firefight between rebels and what they claimed were two mercenaries who had infiltrated the city and were driving in a car which they said contained a crate of handgrenades.

The two men, in civilian clothes, had been shot and killed and rebels produced blood-soaked identity papers they said showed them to be of Nigerian nationality.

Meanwhile--nothing is coming,  only word speak louder than action  " within hours" since 2 days had pass.

    http://sg.news.yahoo.com/air-strikes-within-hours-un-libya-vote-20110318-022332-751.html

France said Friday military action against Libya would come " within hours" , as a UN vote approving air strikes was celebrated by rebels and Kadhafi's and son said his family was " not afraid." anymore...???

The strikes will come " rapidly... within a few hours," French government spokesman Francois Baroin said after the UN Security Council on Thursday cleared the way for air raids to protect civilians from Kadhafi's advancing forces.

Baroin said the goal of the military action would be to " protect the Libyan people and to allow them to go all the way in their drive for freedom, which means bringing down the Kadhafi regime."

So far Britain, France, the United States, Norway and Qatar are among the countries that have said they will help to enforce the no-fly zone, while China, Germany, Poland, Australia and Russia have indicated they will not.

    Japan latest news...

Japan's nuclear agency hiked the accident level to five from four on the international 0-7 scale of gravity for atomic accidents,

an admission the crisis had at least equalled the US Three Mile Island accident in 1979.

The elevation of the accident level to 5 indicates " an accident with wider consequences" , according to the International Nuclear Event Scale (INES). The world's worst nuclear disaster, at Chernobyl in 1986, rated a 7.

The IAEA sent a radiation monitoring team to Japan to help authorities determine whether any dangerous radiation had been released from the stricken plant 250 kilometres (155 miles) northeast of Tokyo.

Nevertheless, Amano emphasised that Japan must reach out for help, after criticism authorities had not issued information fast enough and fears that a larger radiation leak might contaminate the 12-million-strong capital.

" It is important that the international community, including the IAEA, handles this jointly," he said in Tokyo. " Especially cooling (the reactors) is extremely important, so I think it is a race against time."

Japan has said radiation levels from the plant pose no health threat outside a 20-kilometre exclusion zone...??, despite slightly elevated levels in Tokyo earlier in the week.,..??

Then what is this statement said..??.Radioactive materials spewed into the air by Japan's earthquake-crippled nuclear plant may contaminate food and water resources

Japan may be  aware of...* Japan radioactivity could enter food chain, children at risk
