The boost in European markets also came from " much better than expected" bond auction results in Greece and Spain which are " helping to bolster sentiment," said Joel Kruger, technical currency strategist at FXCM.

Greece and Spain are members of the so-called PIIGS nations, a status that they share with fiscally troubled Italy, Ireland and Portugal. Investors are showing confidence because the better-than-expected performance of Greek and Spanish bond auctions outweighs the impact of S& P's downgrade of Italy, at least for now.

Noted: Germany switched off several of its reactors in the wake of the disaster and has since passed legislation to phase out nuclear energy by 2022.

German industrial giant Siemens is turning the page on nuclear energy in line with Berlin's decision to agree to an end to atomic power. On the safety of nuclear energy after the March 11 earthquake and tsunami which knocked out cooling systems at Japan's Fukushima Daiichi plant, causing reactors to overheat and radiation to leak.

In the interview, Loescher also definitively buried a long-planned joint venture project with Russian group Rosatom in the nuclear sector. Loescher said his group's decision to withdraw from the nuclear industry reflected " the very clear stance taken by Germany's society and political leadership."

Germany wants to boost the share of the country's power needs generated by renewable energies to 35% by 2020 from 17% at present. Siemens, which produces gas turbines and equipment used to produce solar and wind power, wants to develop a pioneering role in " green" energy.

In Euro, a recent vote against Italian premier Silvio Berlusconi's plans, to resume the country's nuclear programme was seen as a reflection of popular unease about atomic energy after Fukushima.

The Swiss government in May, too, recommended that nuclear plants be phased out.

Germany to close all nuclear plants by 2022

30-5-2011. (Mon) Germany became the 1st major industrialised power to agree an end to nuclear power in the wake of the disaster in Japan, with a phase-out due to be completed by 2022..

Chancellor Angela Merkel said the decision, hammered out by her centre-right coalition overnight, marked the start of a " fundamental" rethink of energy policy in the world's number four economy.

" We want the electricity of the future to be safer and at the same time reliable and affordable," Merkel told reporters as she accepted the findings of an expert commission on nuclear power she appointed in March in response to the crisis at Japan's Fukushima plant.

" That means we must have a new approach to the supply network, energy efficiency, renewable energy and also long-term monitoring of the process," she said.

On short term trading...it convergencing into a narrow bands to ward 0.450c. D worst mths had happen in August due Euro debt woes and oso on U.S. debt crisis. All thk to S& P rating agency. Looking to mth of Sept MACD signal is trenching slightly upward.

Next resistant for MACD signal lines to crossover? pending 20 days (green), 50 days (red) EMA lines

Shorter term. (green line = 20 days EMA) indicated a down trench, while another (red line = 50 days EMA) indicated a slight stronger support (it crosses over last weekend trade, how strong this line goes to support on it trading prices..?. Will let mkt settle it ownself). It signal a weak MACD signal entrench in a more narrow trading bands, this coming trade week.

and BBs almost went bankrupt and if not start suing big banks and their trust bankers. Still there's as many BBs paying up monthly installment for their losses. BBs win big and always lost big. (margin calling in million of $)

Meanwhile in U.S. - Washington (Reuters) - President Barack Obama , in a populist step designed to appeal to voters, will propose a " Buffett Tax" on people making more than $1 million a year as part of his deficit recommendations to Congress on Monday. Obama will lay out his recommendations in White House Rose Garden remarks at 10.30 a.m. (1430 GMT) on Monday and is expected to urge steps to raise tax revenue as well as cuts in govt spending.

Such a proposal, among suggestions to a congressional supercommittee expected to seek up to $3 trillion in deficit savings over 10 years, would appeal to his Democratic base ahead of the 2012 election but may not raise much in revenues.

White House Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer said in a tweet on Saturday the tax would act as " a kind of AMT" (Alternative Minimum Tax) aimed at ensuring millionaires pay a minimum rate of tax that at least matches that of middle-class families.

" Buffett Tax" refers to billionaire U.S. investor Warren Buffett, who wrote earlier this year that rich people like him often pay less in tax than those who work for them due to loopholes in the tax code, and can afford to pay more.

0.10 (7.52%). MACD signal, look weak over next 3 mths, more so, by Nov BBs may pump and dump, meanwhile enjoy this volatile ride.

The worst dive is in mth of Aug, it the same for most of d stocks traded. All thks to Euro unsettling debt woes and Aug 2, US-living on borrow time from debt disaster

Delays - Volatile markets are associated with high volumes of trading, which may cause delays in execution.
Incorrect Quotes - Significant price discrepancies btw quote receive and the price at which trade is executed. Keep things in Mind - Order choosen type is very important when mkts aren't moving in their normal fashion.

This counter favor both long and short.

Look like a more speculating than value growth counter to me. (Been a target of speculation)

At this current px, depend on what trend is stronger liao. Hard to play at this px unless market change more.

Maybe down more, u long. Up more, U short. But must at a right time at the right market condition. If not just stay out better.
