It went into lower low after news break, and now trading at 0.070 cents, -0.001c or down 1.4% on vol of 4,182 lots changed hand last Friday.

Looking at  before breaking news, it had fallen much more over the past three mths from 0.155 onward - since early Sept 2011.  Down somewhat by 30% just B4 3rd Q news result is announced.

3rd Q. News break was on or about on this date,  9 Nov, after a delay  for about 2 weeks.  (42 mil dead abalone and CEO resign), don mean Co close shop, price last done  at current  price 0.070c  - down about 30%.

Like any others stock. It had equally been  punishment by investors / punters and Speculators. http://sg.finance.yahoo.com/q/ta?s=579.SI& t=3m& l=on& z=l& q=l& p=& a=m26-12-9& c=

teeth53 thot - 4th Q news maybe so much better then 3rd Q news in term  of it  result - relatively. Case study to me is comparable to HanKore (former name is Biotreat).

Would be punters/speculators and vested stake holders. Trade at  oneself own  risk. Will it fall again..?.

Regret and or regrettable, it up to  d market players. Just sharing my thot.

Congressional super-committee expressed doubt today on a deficit-reduction package by its Nov. 23 deadline.  Rejected by Democrats a “last-ditch” effort by Republicans.

On how to carve $1.2 tri out of the budget is Nov. 23, there was little sign of urgency today in the mostly empty Capitol. Democratic members of the supercommittee did not meet, while Republicans held a conference call.

Last-Ditch Effort’

“This last-ditch effort to focus on savings, had all pretty much agreed was possible might be a way to achieve, kind of a last-minute compromise,” Kyl said.

It would have cut $643 billion, said Republican aide. Democrats rejected the offer because it didn’t include enough revenue increases, according to a Democratic leadership aide.

Both aides spoke on condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to discuss negotiations.

Yields on most euro area bonds are moving higher, raising fears that contagion can spread. Stocks  will then take  a sub-dive when investors got spooked by a Fitch report that outlined U.S. banks' exposure to contagion from European sovereign debt.

meantime...in MADRID (AP) -  Spain paid an interest rate of near 7% to raise euro3.56 bil ($4.8 bil) in an auction of 10-yr bonds, the highest rate since 1997 and a level seen as unsustainable over the long term.

The finance minister insisted, however, that a bailout was out of the question and said Spain's overall debt load about 70% of gross domestic product is manageable.

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said on Friday Beijing would offer its Southeast Asian neighbours $10 billion in infrastructure loans, as he sought to deepen trade ties in the region.

He made the announcement in a speech at China's meeting with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) leaders on the Indonesian island of Bali, after Beijing in 2009 announced a similar $15 billion loan to the region.

He said China and the 10-member regional bloc should enhance financial cooperation, including " local currency swap and encourage the quoting of China's yuan and ASEAN currencies in each other's inter-bank foreign exchange" .

China ambitious goal to turn yuan, also known as renminbi, into a global currency rivalling the dollar.

A member of the congressional supercommittee expressed doubt today that the panel would reach an agreement on a deficit-reduction package by its Nov. 23 deadline.  A slimmed-down debt plan rejected this week by Democrats a “last-ditch” effort by Republicans to ensure the panel is able to “at least accomplish something.

The deadline for an agreement on how to carve $1.2 trillion out of the budget is Nov. 23, though under the rules a CBO cost estimate of any final plan must be publicly available 48 hours beforehand. There was little sign of urgency today in the mostly empty Capitol. Democratic members of the supercommittee did not meet, while Republicans held a conference call.

“This last-ditch effort to focus just on savings that had all pretty much agreed was possible might be a way to achieve, as I say, kind of a last-minute compromise,” Kyl said.

It would have cut $643 billion, according to a Republican aide, almost entirely by cutting spending though it would have raised taxes by $3 billion by ending a break for corporate jet travel. Democrats rejected the offer because it didn’t include enough revenue increases, according to a Democratic leadership aide.

Both aides spoke on condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to discuss negotiations.

http://money.cnn.com/2011/11/18/news/economy/debt_committee/index.htm?iid=HP_LN

Ideological differences and a lack of political will on both sides of the aisle continue to stymie debt committee efforts to forge a compromise on debt reduction.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- Well, here we are again. You can count the hours to yet another deadline, and Congress remains deadlocked over debt and taxes, this time through its proxy -- the bipartisan debt committee.

First there was the government shutdown threat in the spring. Then there was the threat of a U.S. default this summer during the debt ceiling debate. And, to top it all off, a downgrade.

At least this time, shutdowns and defaults really aren't a threat if the super committee fails to approve a debt-reduction plan by next Wednesday -- its official deadline.

They, meet for  2 mths, poring over concepts and ideas already hashed out by  3 other grps over d past yr.

But 10 days before their deadline, members of the so-called congressional " super committee" created to forge a deficit reduction deal indicated Sunday that they remain hung up on basic issues of tax and entitlement reform that have previously stymied agreement.

If it works out an agreement, Congress must vote on the unamended plan by Dec 23. Failure to reach an agreement or gain approval by Congress and President Barack Obama would trigger $1.2 trillion in automatic spending cuts scheduled to take effect in 2013.
